Ensuite in High Wycombe gets the love it needs. As is often the case with an ensuite the space was tiny, making everything feel closed in. The end result was fresh, open and appealing with more room to move.

Kitchen Upgrade in Canning Vale Brick oven housing, pantry and high nib wall is to be removed. The ceilings throughout the house were starting to drop so were pinned back up. Although the new kitchen had the same footprint it is now open and inviting with the under cabinet lighting adding to the modern feel.

Bathrooms in Brigadoon These were probably the newest bathrooms we ever had to demolish. This was an owner built property and although they looked good our client was sick of dealing with the issues so decided to take the plunge and rip them both out.

Kallaroo Laundry, Bathroom & Toilet Modernization The clients wanted to update and modernize their wet areas in a way that would suit them as the aged. Features such as an over-height toilet and more space in the shower & bathroom. In laundries we usually put the washing machine taps in the cupboard under the sink but these clients always turn those taps off and wanted them left out for easy access. It’s the little things that make the difference for clients.

Noranda Laundry Upgrade This Client needed more storage. She didn’t want to change the floor tiles which made changing the toilet difficult. New toilets have a smaller footprint that the older models. Here we were lucky because we managed to pull up some tiles from under the new cabinets and lay them under the toilet pan, looks like it was always there.
